WK Financial Group was started in 1994 by Wernich
Cronje and Kotie Meintjes. Since then we have grown
exponentially to the point that we are now the holding
company of a number of other subsidiaries.
We are situated in the fast growing town of Jeffreys Bay
in the Eastern Cape.

Currently the company is run by myself, Wernich Cronje
and Kotie Meintjies, combined we have 30 years
experience in the property development and
administration trade.

We are a property development company active in the Eastern Cape region of South
Africa. At present we own 12 000 m² of commercial space comprising of: offices,
shops, warehouses and workshops. A number of residential premises are also available
for sale and rental.
In addition to this, approximately 7 500 m² of floor space is available in various
buildings which are in different stages of construction. We specialize in the
development of commercial property for the retail and industrial sector.
